**Key Responsibilities** RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To lead a small team to support Senior Procurement Manager/Head of Tactical Sourcing to deliver sourcing initiatives across food related categories. Delivery through proficient knowledge of the Collaborative Procurement Model (CPM), Category Management and 7-step sourcing process.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts & contract negotiation
- Oversee day-to-day operation and supervise the team for RM planning and fulfilment
- Access the order requirement & release Purchase Orders in SAP according to work flow
- Perform contract administration and liaise with QA Department for approval of documents pertaining to quality and food safety
- Supplier relationship management
- Resolve internal/external customer complaints and coordinate with suppliers on return of goods and other issues
- To liaise with Finance and suppliers on payment issues
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Any other projects & duties assigned by supervisor

**Key Requirements** REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree holder
- More than 1 year working experience as a team leader in Purchasing or food related industry
- Good analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office, spend tools
- Knowledge of SAP system, Ariba System and category management are advantageous
- Highly motivated
- Result oriented
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to handle stress
