We’re searching for a **Finance Manager** to be part of our Finance diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for providing management with complete, accurate and timely financial information.

**What you will be working on**:

- Preparation and review of monthly management reports and cost control with relevant analysis and highlights facilitating management decisions and directions
- Oversee and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial forecasts (AOP, RFF, BoD) and monthly estimate
- Assist the controller in drawing up and prepare business plans for strategic review
- Conduct financial simulations to facilitate management decision making and information
- To support controller on cost benchmark
- Ensure proper functioning of product costing structure in SAP
- Variance analysis / target setting
- Cost review with Fab and Operations Division
- Ensure timely and accurate CAPEX control and report on budget, spending and disposal
- Ensure that assets registration and depreciation calculation in line with accounting principles
- Review and implement, wherever effective, automation of standard operating procedure with the view to simplifying work and reduction of operating costs
- To liaise with internal/external auditors in respect of operation or quarterly audit and attend to their queries
- Answer all financial queries from NXP/TSMC

**More About You**:

- Bachelor in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification
- At least 10 years’ experience (Preferably in manufacturing environment)
- Knowledge of internal control functions and logistics workflow
