**About our Company**

We are a Singapore-based health and wellness brand serving over 1 million customers worldwide. In just 4 years, we have quietly grown from zero to $100M+ in annual revenue. We have 30 full-time team members, which is unheard of for a company of our size. But it’s only possible because we have the right business model and team. Majority of our team is based in Singapore and we have a growing team of remote talents based in Canada, India, Malaysia, and Philippines.

**Your Job Scope**
- Researching our target market, collecting new information regularly and understanding their pain points, desires and purchase triggers. This is the MOST important skill you need to develop in order to be an amazing writer. We’ve seen multiple talented writers fail because their research is poor.
- Writing long form ad copy to convert both cold and retargeting audiences. You’ll be writing 3-4 ads a day with additional variations if required.
- Optimising and tweaking ad copy, headlines etc for winning ads to consistently improve results. There are plenty of ways to do this.
- Funnel and page optimizations to improve its performance. We’ll be guiding you in terms of what persuasive element to include, how to write and structure them for best results.
- As all team members are responsible for improving our systems, you may be involved in other aspects of copy operations like creating or improving processes for video scripts and/or ad creation formulas for different platforms.

**Work Arrangement**

This is a full-time position.

Official working hours: 10am - 7pm (SGT GMT+8), Monday - Friday
- (To be discussed for remote team members who operate on an 8 hour or more time difference)_

**Requirements**:

- Good command of English
- Understand human psychology, persuasion, buying decisions, sales objections
- Understand direct response elements including but not limited to hooks, leads, angles, offer, risk reversals, urgency, and scarcity
- Must be able to commit full time with no side employments or projects
- Looking for a long term arrangement with a minimum 3-5 years to deepen skills and learn from industry experts in performance marketing.
- Passionate about copywriting and wants to focus on honing copywriting skills to a deep level
- Interest/ability to do deep research in women's health, wellness, beauty and natural/ organic/ ecommerce products.
- Knowledge on general nutrition, health, beauty or wellness (either formal or informal) is preferred.
- Must understand how to identify & improve persuasive elements in ads
