
Officer, Client Servicing

**In this position you will....**
perform full spectrum of insurance broking tasks and processes independently in relate to servicing of new and renewal clients’ accounts primarily in commercial lines insurance.
**You will be responsible for**
- Performing a supporting role to insurance schemes managed under the team.
- Establishing and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
- Ensuring retention and organic growth of clients’ needs.
- Ensuring timely production of placement/broking slips, cover notes and policies.
- Working closely with claims team to ensure the client’s claims are handled and managed promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting credit control department to follow-up on premium collections when required
- Performing other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity / industry
- Attained all relevant insurance certifications (Min. PGI, ComGI).
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- “Can-do” proactive attitude with the determination to see through change
- Ability to work effectively across a complex matrix organisation and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project)
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
