**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Retail Associate who thrives in a lively environment and loves engaging with people. In this exciting hybrid role, you'll spend approximately 50% of your time creating memorable in-store experiences and the other 50% assisting with outbound activities like promotions, events, and community engagement.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome and engage customers in a fun, friendly, and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering recommendations and product knowledge.
- Support outbound activities including attending events, promoting products, and connecting with the local community.
- Maintain a vibrant, tidy, and attractive store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Energetic, enthusiastic personality with a passion for retail and customer interaction.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a lively team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to balance in-store and outbound activities.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
