**Solution Consultant**

**SUMMARY**:
Our client who is a telecommunications company is currently looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to join their growing team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Propose customized solutions that comprise the telecom network connectivity services to cope with corporate customers’ requirements.
-Involvement in the whole process from pre-sales to production environment
- user requirement study, solution presentation, demonstration, training, on-site support and ensure smooth project implementation.
-Influence customer’s technical requirements, and position company’s service relative to competition.
-Develop overall solutions, response to RFI, RFP and other proposals that requested by Corporate Customers
-Coordinate with company’s agents / suppliers, HQ and Branch Offices and periodically provide solution training to Sales Team
-Coordinate with related parties for project implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
-Maintain qualitative customer services & loyalty of customers

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.
-At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the Telecommunications industry, experiences in dealing with MNC, holders of professional certificate (e.g: CCNP,CISSP)
-Sound knowledge in transmission technologies, IP routing and Cloud hosting solutions e.g. Cable systems, SD-WAN, Cloud connectivity and some telecom services Internet/MPLS/Metro Ethernet solutions
-Superior analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills
-Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical users.
-Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing technology
-Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise and handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking associates and customers)
