**JOB PURPOSE**

Lead and execute Singapore Compounding raw material planning and resolve material supply issues to ensure smooth execution of material fulfillment plan to facilitate smooth production plan. Plan and maintain raw material inventory levels needed to meet the demand and working capital targets. Ensure that all direct material planning is properly planned and will not have line stoppage due to material shortages and ability to achieve inventory target.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
- Manage order of raw material timely per plant production plan through close communication with Scheduler and Manufacturing team to ensure the raw material supply plan can support. Coordination with Petrochemical and SHPP team for internal and external material timely arrival to ensure plant smoothly operates. Prepare material requirement from Buy Plan
- Liaise with Procurement, Logistics as well as Petrochemical team and other related functions to ensure raw material timely arrived to meet production schedule. Coordinate with Petchem planner when schedule is confirmed and checking the available raw material on hand
- Coordinate with Master Planner, Procurement, Commercial and other relevant stakeholder for all raw material issues, recommend and implement material prioritization. Problem solving of major supply issues eg. supplier Force Majeure or enforced allocation. Working closely with GPS team on material supply, up to date, and communicate an allocation plan to commercial team to prioritize the customer orders. Provide the best available situation to support customer orders
- Uses different sources of data processing system eg. FANAR, Shipment data to develop and implement the RUI report correctly, this is to ensure the accuracy of the projection in RUI and in MRP planning. Analysis data to improve and develop material delivery time. Prepare material planning report as well as present to related key stakeholder
- Address inventory issues or relevant material planning information to manufacturing team, Logistics team, Master Planner, and Scheduler to taking any necessary action on raw material situation to prevent interruption to production or changing the customer promise date wherever possible
- Applies material planning data/best practice to describe the importance of material data analysis to achieve overall material planning for Singapore or other assigned countries (backup for Thailand material planner). Minimize possible errors through increased control and compliance of material data. Ensuring rules and procedures for handling material data is in place

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
- Experience in Material Planning is preferred
- Knowledge/experience in SAP
- Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
- Team player with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
