**Job Description**:
Provide retail sales support for the following:
Showroom Cars (On-Showroom Display)
- Receive and update car arrival in GDMS
- Check conditions of VRN cars for suitability for retail
- Verify validity of agent warranties and balance of free servicing
- Ensure all cars on-showroom display meet our set standard (ie. display, cleanliness and technical)
- Accountability of Delivery Packs (2 master keys, Owner Manual and Service Booklet)
- Liaise with agents and external vendors for reconditioning/bodyworks requirements
- Ensure good turnaround time from reconditioning to showroom display

Sold Cars
- All Sales Consultants add job requests
- Plan PDI Schedule based on KPI of 7 days from SOLD to DELIVERY
- Perform tyre and battery checks and ensure checklists are duly filled
- Follow up readiness / timeline for all add job requests
- Daily update of shared folder PDI progress
- Ensure car is groomed for delivery
- Hand over delivery packs to Sales Consultants
- Generate Purchase Order amount accurately and promptly for superior approval
- Attend to all Purchase Order required from PML, QL, external vendors and Accounting Department
- Arrange STA inspections for road tax renewals
- Maintain accuracy of vehicle locations
- Conscious of cost savings by sourcing suitable parts from export cars if required
- Ensure accurate number plates ordering
- Aftersales (delivery) services
- Accountable for all loan cars and forms
- Participate and support all sales events
- Ensure accurate parts ordering from PML/QL Parts department, if any.
- Ensure accurate number plates ordering
- Plan and management movement of cars in the reconditioning chain, liaising with external vendors / suppliers and PML / QL aftersales department
- Plays a key part to forecast showroom stock levels, stocks profile and delivery times (KPI of 7 days)
- Undertake to support the smooth and efficient operation of reconditioning chain processes
- Monitor quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of stock movement
- Liaise and negotiate with customer and suppliers
- Project management such as ensuring showroom / cars are ready for audit and Sales / Carnival events

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
- Valid Class 3 Driver's License
