**HR PROJECT SPECIALIST**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **HR Project Specialist**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with HRBPs, Country HRs to collect / monitor / validate employee data entries in global reporting tools; and also to track report headcount movement against future organization.
- Collaborate with Global teams to conduct audits and report on data related KPIs
- Support the preparation of monthly management reports and any other reporting requirement.
- Support dashboard implementation
- Support Workday implementation / maintenance.
- Work with HRBPs and Country HR to prepare data at different implementation stage, ensuring that data provided is according to documentation.
- Work with reporting project team lead / HR Data Analyst to create / update reports / dashboard based on regional requirement.
- Support data preparation for organization changes
- Communicate to HR Operations on process changes that impact on data accuracies.
- Support any adhoc projects.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education**:
Diploma / Degree

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent Excel and Analytic skills
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and team player
- Experience in Cornerstone on Demand, Workday will be an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in analytic work and data visualization a plus
