Location: very near to Novena MRT

Wednesday to Saturday 9am to 7pm; Sunday 9am to 6pm (44 hrs per week)
Off days : Monday and Tuesday

The Senior Baker is a team lead role and is given the opportunity to oversees a team of pastry bakers. He or she is also involved in the day-to-day baking operations in the kitchen. This includes ensuring the kitchen operations run smoothly on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:

- Involved in daily baking operation
- To oversee a team of pastry bakers
- To provide guidance to the junior staffs alongside with the Executive Chef.
- Involve in product research and development (R&D)
- To monitor supply for the bakery (inventory management)
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance of work area
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
- To adhere to kitchen SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a bakery setting
- Possess supervisor experience in current job
- Possess qualification in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking (or any relevant field) or proven experience in bakery
- Possess Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate
- Knowledge in making cakes, mousses, filling and etc.
