**About the role**
You provide scientific inputs on Human Factor Engineering (HFE) matters for the Army, developing and revising protocols for test and evaluation of Army soldier systems, while enhancing soldier-system integration through research and development efforts.

**What you will be working on**
- Develop HFE test and evaluation protocols
- Review HFE requirements for Army systems
- Enhance governance across capability development
- Conduct task and gap analyses
- Lead research and development initiatives
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Provide scientific inputs for system modifications
- Integrate HFE research with operational requirements

**Challenge(s)**
- Reconciling HFE research with operational requirements
- Managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Influencing system modifications while maintaining operational integrity

**What we are looking for**
- At least 6 years of experience in human factor research related work and/or systems/equipment evaluation/project management in human factor domain
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent staff writing abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking capabilities
- Good team player
- Driven and results-oriented
- Ability to work with various stakeholders from different organisations
- Interest in human factor science, and/or cognitive performance
