Your main job responsibility as Assistant Supervisor/Senior Teacher is to assist the Supervisor and Management to oversee the entire operations, including planning and directing the programme of a student care centre, and to supervise the teachers. The job scope as Assistant Supervisor/Senior Teacher is defined but not limited to the following:

- To support the Management in implementing effective marketing strategies to improve the centre’s students enrolment.
- To cover Supervisor in his/her absence.
- To assist Supervisor in planning and directing programmes; in mentoring teachers in their lessons preparation and conducting class activities; in ensuring proper documentation of class activities.
- To ensure the well-being of the children in the centre, especially their health, safety, hygiene.
- To mediate and resolve conflicts between students and/or parents.
- To assist in organizing and conducting Open House and Parent Orientation.
- You may need to be involved, from time to time, in small group training sessions with staff within or beyond your centre.
- To cover the duties of teachers or assistant teachers in the event of absentees.
