We are looking for versatile individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial working environment to join our growing team in Singapore as Lighting Surveyors.

You will be exposed to cutting edge technologies in LED lighting, IoT, and artificial intelligence while helping the world's largest energy users reach their sustainability targets.

To ensure success as a Lighting Surveyor, you should have 2+ years of experience in building surveying, facility management, or MEP construction, the ability to communicate fluently in English, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties include:

- Surveying commercial facilities to record as-built lighting layouts
- Recording details in a database using mobile and desktop apps
- Reconciling architectural drawings with as-built conditions
- Using lighting specifications, green mark specifications, and architectural drawings to understand lighting requirements for unbuilt projects.
- Experience with 3D light modelling software (Dialux, Relux) is considered an advantage. If no prior experience, we will teach you.
- Future responsibilities may include supervising assistant surveyors and training international partners.
The information you record will be used for costing and investment analysis so accuracy and thoroughness are critical traits.

Survey team members are required to work both independently and as part of a team in various building types across Singapore, including office buildings, warehouses, industrial buildings, hospitals, and hotels. Surveying requires daily hours of walking, standing, looking up, and may include climbing ladders.

When not in-field, this position allows for working from home.
