**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled **Lighting Control Drafter & Quantity Surveyor**to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role combines precision drafting of intelligent lighting systems with accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimation. **Key Responsibilities**:
**CAD Drafting for Lighting Controls**:

- Develop detailed lighting control system layouts, wiring diagrams, riser schematics, and panel schedules using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with project engineers, system integrators, and MEP consultants to ensure design accuracy and system integration.
- Maintain and update CAD standards, templates, and documentation for lighting control systems.

**Quantity Surveying**:

- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material BOQs based on lighting control drawings and technical specifications.
- Provide cost estimation and pricing support during the design and tendering phases.
- Work closely with procurement to source components such as dimmers, relays, controllers, and sensors.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison summaries.
- Track and report cost variations, change orders, and value engineering opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years’ experience in drafting lighting or electrical systems and/or performing QS duties.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with lighting control systems such as Lutron, DALI, KNX, or Crestron.
- Solid understanding of electrical drawings, symbols, and lighting control components.
