**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Technical Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of web developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and project execution.
- ** Project Management**: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of web projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- ** Architecture & Design**: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance web architectures aligned with business objectives and technological advancements.
- ** Collaboration**:**Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- ** Technology Innovation**:**Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into projects to enhance functionality and user experience.
- ** Code Review & Quality Assurance**: Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and implement testing procedures to maintain system reliability.
- ** Problem-Solving**:**Identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and ensuring system security and integrity.
- ** Documentation**:**Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development processes, system designs, and architectural decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP,.NET, Python, Ruby on Rails).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Certification in relevant technologies or project management methodologies.
