Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting them into new accounts

Lead pitches, brainstorm ideas with design and production teams, develop proposals, including writing creative and effective presentations

Produce, execute and deliver all projects on time, within budget and exceeding clients’ and all stakeholders’ expectations

Know and understand client’s marketing strategy and campaign, pinpoint their needs and develop creative solutions to meet those needs

Meet and liaise with clients to provide regular updates on the work processes and to get feedback; thus forging strong client relationships

Research the market for innovative trends in retail, fashion, luxury and other lifestyle industries

Debrief, evaluate and report on each project’s success as part campaign objectives

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in event production and management

Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Mass Communications, Advertising, Fashion Design, Art, Design or related studies

Creative thinker with keen interest in luxury, fashion, retail and other lifestyle industries

Passionate about events and marketing, with a strong sense of design aesthetics and a flair for the extraordinary

Excellent project organisational and management skills, with a keen eye for details

Self-starter who is responsible, resourceful and result-oriented

Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills

Proven ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks

Outgoing and engaging personality, with the ability to impress and inspire

Social-media savvy, with a burning desire to learn new digital tools and technologies as they relate to the events industry
