Job Description:
**Responsibilities**
- To be a part of the Operations, Implementation & Maintenance Department responsible for the effective construction, operations and maintenance of cable, pipe and other projects.
- Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, project progress monitoring data and others
- Manage cable and pipeline projects, monitoring the project timelines, coordinating resources and ensuring completion on a targeted timeline.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Conducting inspections supervising troubleshooting of issues and optimizing performance through collaboration with Engineering Planning team.
- Preparation and submission of related documents needed pertaining to the project implementation
- Attend to queries, site meetings and complaints of Authorities with regards to the on-going projects
- Checked the necessary billings promptly for processing submission. Ensure that the projects are within the budget limit. Contract budget allocation monitoring.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- ** Diploma in Engineering or related discipline**:

- Possess excellent project management and communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel with good knowledge of Power point
- ** 2 years contract with full benefits, Mon to Fri, 830am to 6pm, East**:
