**Position Overview**:
Science Centre Singapore is dedicated to the promotion of interest, learning and creativity in science & technology through imaginative and enjoyable experiences. Through these experiences, the Centre also contributes to the nation's development of its human resource.

The Science Educator, KidsSTOP will be responsible for planning, developing and conducting programmes for pre-school and lower primary school children. Besides writing and devising lesson plans in line with the overall objectives of imparting STEM concepts to young children, the incumbent will also be involved in outreach and community programmes, as well as areas of research pertaining to science and early childhood education.

**Essential Job Functions**:
He/she is required to develop and fabricate teaching resources and materials, ensure good classroom management and promote a safe and exciting learning environment, by imparting positive values and encouraging good playing habits, interaction and participation. He/she will also be involved in quality floor interactions and ground operations to ensure good visitors’ experience.
