We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ground Facilitator. As a Ground Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and engaging experience for our visitors, particularly young children ages 8 and below. You will be responsible for facilitating gallery activities, ensuring safe play at different exhibit zones, assisting in events and workshop preparations, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate gallery activities and conduct demonstrations to enhance visitor experience and promote learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of visitors by facilitating safe play at different exhibit zones.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional visitor service.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of various events and workshops.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall functioning of KidsSTOP.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to commit for at least 3 to 6 months.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a group and delivering clear instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
- Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all visitors, regardless of their background or abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required)

Work Location: In person
