**About the Role**

As a Presales Infrastructure Architect, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, **working closely with our clients to understand their unique infrastructure needs and develop comprehensive solutions to address them. **You will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of company's product offerings.

Roles and responsibilities:

- **Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized infrastructure solutions such as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Centre, System, Storage, Network, and End-User Computing **.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather insights into their current infrastructure, pain points, and business objectives.
- **Design technical architectures and solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices **.
- Create detailed proposals, including scope of work, cost estimates, and timelines, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on infrastructure solutions for 5 years or so.**:

- **Strong technical background in areas such as networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud computing.**:

- Experience with leading infrastructure technologies and platforms, including but not limited to VMware, Cisco, Dell EMC, and Microsoft.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
