We are looking for a Chief of Staff based in Singapore. You will be working directly with the CEO and responsible for planning and execution to help Fisher8 achieve its strategic objectives.

Role responsibilities:

- Act as an advisor and participate in strategic planning and decision making
- Plan and direct administrative and operational activities for the CEO
- Track and monitor deliverables and strategies
- Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities
- Assist in business development tasks
- Assist in the prioritisation of the CEO’s schedule to ensure appropriate time allocation
- 5+ years of experience in consultancy or a management role
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, GSuite, and Notion
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High self-motivation, flexibility and be able to able to adapt to a fast working pace and environment
- Knowledge of the blockchain space is advantageous

A competitive package will be negotiated for the successful applicant in the form of a base salary and a bonus tied to the performance of the firm.
