Aethir is seeking a Chief of Staff to support our fast-growing company in building scalable, decentralized cloud infrastructure for gaming and AI companies. As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO to drive the company's strategic vision and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. You will serve as a key advisor to the CEO, helping to develop and communicate our strategy, and ensuring that all members of the team are working effectively and efficiently towards our goals. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in building a cutting-edge company in the dynamic gaming industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and other senior leaders of the company
- Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance
- Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization
- Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the CEO in preparing for and attending board meetings and investor interactions
- Communicate the company's priorities and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience working in management consulting, investment banking or professional services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, strategic thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management or program management
- Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
