**Job Summary**:
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through thorough inspections and adherence to standards. Your role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening the company’s reputation for reliability and excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out inspection testing on incoming products
- Liaise with the logistics team to prioritize target item for shipment schedule
- Record inspection result and data accordingly for monthly report
- Collect logger data for monitoring purpose
- Improve and rectify product defects
- Support on product customization according to sales order
- Firmware upgrading of module when necessary
- Attend to monthly servicing job
- Attend site support if needed
- Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Superior/Management.

**Education/Experience/Skills requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
- Experience in fire protection industry is preferred
- Hands-on experience with inspection and ELV system equipment
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong equipment inspection skills
- Able to communicate in English to liaise with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds
- Able to work independently and teamwork in multi-department organization.
