Directs and ensures the compliance of the Nursing Home’s culture by all Clinical/Nursing staff, i.e. the vision, mission, core values and philosophy
- Continuously strives to lead by example to innovate and direct changes for all Clinical/Nursing staff to provide the highest quality of resident care, and perform supervision when required.
- Directs and audits compliance of the goals and operational competencies of the various therapy and nursing plans by Clinical/Nursing staff on an annual basis
- Develops and implements various policies and protocols, for the Clinical and Nursing Departments
- Ensures that all Clinical/Nursing staff are trained, supervised, audited (for quality/competencies of procedures) and appraised for their KPIs at interim (July) and annual (December) intervals
- Performs hiring and/or termination process of clinical/nursing staff involved.
- Ensures that the Nursing Home’s stocks and equipment systems are all well maintained and equipment tested in good working order (at specified intervals by the Vendors), and inventorised by the Nursing Home’s Facilities Executive, or assigned Clinical/Nursing staff or the contracted inspectorate.
- Meets all Clinical and Nursing Supervisors, including the Facilities and Business Executives, for the Quality Assurance Committee on a monthly basis, to trouble shoot and resolve any quality-related issues on every 3rd Monday of the month.
- Meets with all levels of clinical staff (i/e/ therapists and nurses) on a monthly basis to maintain regular communication and quality services updating, on every last Monday of the month.
- Works with AIC HPF-funded projects’ team members and auditors, on an ad hoc basis, in collaboration to improve the Nursing Home’s quality/productivity of facilities and services.
- Attends to assessments and reviews of patients’ RAF upon their referral to the Nursing Home as private or AIC cases, before accepting them as new admissions.
- Any other duties as assigned by General Manager and/or Board of Directors

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
