**Job Summary**:
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic IT environment? ST Engineering Satellite Systems Pte Ltd is on the lookout for an innovative IT Manager to steer our tech team towards excellence In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our technology infrastructure is not just secure and efficient, but also cutting-edge. You’ll lead our cybersecurity efforts, driving the success of our server management, endpoint support, and end-user assistance initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Inspire and mentor a passionate IT team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and champion professional growth opportunities.
- **Cybersecurity Management**:Craft and implement robust cybersecurity policies to safeguard our data and systems.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring we meet industry standards and regulations.
- **Server and Endpoint Support**:Take charge of server management, from installation to maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Provide top-notch support for endpoint devices, swiftly troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Design and manage end-user support processes, delivering exceptional assistance for hardware and software challenges.
- **IT Inventory Management**:Oversee the company’s IT inventory, keeping track of all hardware and software assets.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of IT resources to maximize efficiency and support planning.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Partner with various departments to understand their IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
Share IT strategies and updates with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on cybersecurity and server management.
- Strong knowledge of CIS hardening practices and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.
