**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Manager of Product Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product's future through data-driven insights and strategies. This role is crucial for transforming strategic priorities into actionable metrics & insights that guide the development and enhancement of our product and user experiences. You and the team will be at the forefront of definition and measurement of key metrics for every product squad and feature, ensuring that our product decisions are aligned with our overarching business goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values low process, high trust, and high impact. This is a regional role that offers the opportunity to work on multiple products and teams that are spread across multiple markets (SG, MY,VN, TH) across Southeast Asia where PropertyGuru group operates in, providing a birds-eye of how consumers, customers and teams across markets interact with our products and businesses. As a leader in our organization, you will collaborate closely with teams across Product, Data, Engineering, and Business to deliver customer-centric business outcomes that drive growth and user satisfaction.

Product Analytics Expertise**: Develop a thorough understanding of our product and business strategy; leverage the same to define and measure the right Product & User metrics at various levels (e.g. User Intent, Engagement, Conversion, Retention, Churn etc) that clearly measure product outcomes, inform product evolution and serve as good leading indicators to business and user outcomes.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with Product, Engineering, and other business leaders to prioritize analytics initiatives, drive execution and influence product decisions with robust data insights.
- ** Analytics & Insights Generation**: Build and measure KPIs, dashboards, and scalable analytics solutions that directly influence product decisions and outcomes. Conduct detailed analyses of consumer/customer behaviours and journeys across all products, devices, channels, and markets to unearth critical insights and opportunities.
- ** Data Storytelling & Presenting Narratives**: Critique, contextualize, and communicate data insights to provide actionable recommendations. Answer not only the 'what' but also the 'why', 'so what', and 'now what'.
- ** Analytics Best Practices**: Define and promote best practices within the analytics and product teams concerning measurement frameworks, tracking, experimentation, and analytics self-service.
- ** Experimentation Champion**: Champion and refine experimentation practices across the organization, including hypothesis formulation, experiment design, metrics definition, audience selection, and outcome measurement.
- ** Team Management & Capability Building**: Manage a team of product data analysts to scale and elevate impact of product analytics across the org. Coach and build capabilities (all the above) within the team to elevate thinking, execution and engagement to drive elevated outcomes through insights
- ** Leadership**: Drive data-informed decisions at the leadership level and enhance data fluency within the product organization.
**Requirements**:

Analytics Experience**: Extensive background in product analytics, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, analytics instrumentation, and robust data pipelining. Experience in e-commerce or digital/consumer product sectors is highly preferred.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in advanced SQL, data modelling, and familiarity with various BI/Analytics platforms (Looker/ MixPanel/Tableau), Customer Data Platforms (Segment, mParticle), and experimentation tools.
- ** Strategic Acumen**: Exceptional ability in strategic thinking and data storytelling, capable of transforming ambiguous data and problem statements into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven experience in managing and coaching small-midsized teams, with a focus on driving business outcomes and personal growth among team members.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Strong skills in managing relationships with various levels of stakeholders, thriving in environments with multiple workstreams and leveraging ambiguity as an opportunity for innovation.
