**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager passionate about creating innovative products. In this dynamic role, you will join a fast-paced environment and get in touch with the cutting-edge research achievements. You will work cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy products that pursue our vision and business strategy. Your insight and leadership will be pivotal in driving the success of products from conception through launch, ensuring they meet business objectives and user expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize your deep insights into target markets, competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends to drive product strategy.
- Define and prioritize product requirements and features.
- Lead the product lifecycle management through various stages from conception to launch to continuous improvement.
- Drive product development project teams, championing new product proposals and PRDs.
- Lead product planning and track progress to ensure timely delivery on features.
- Partner with engineering to drive successful product releases as engineering’s connection to customers and markets.
- Lead product testing and responsible for product features acceptance.
- Manage product performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Develop product messaging and contents to drive product commercialization.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience in launching, supporting, and marketing enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with formal product development processes, with a track record to drive to commercial success.
- Knowledge in Data Centre Operations and Maintenance or Controls/Building automation industry.
- Proficient in leveraging product management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in cross functional teams, with excellent ability communicating product strategy, driving stakeholders to shared vision and goals.
- Excellent ability in market analysis, product planning and decision making.
- Ability to convey technical information at the appropriate level of detail depending on the context. (e.g. published collateral, customer presentations, senior management reviews, etc.)
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Preferred MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Innovative and open to market challenges with a learning mindset.
