**Job Description**:
**The role**:
With a purpose to connect people and products, our Group Talent Acquisition function is pivotal in building the organisational capability and effectiveness to enable us to accomplish our goals. An opportunity now exists to join our Group HR team as an Executive Search Consultant to support Executive hiring across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Executive Search you will be accountable for hiring the best possible talent into Toll’s more senior positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing executive hiring end to end
- Partnering with our HR leaders to understand talent & succession planning
- Undertaking market mapping/research
- Working with senior stakeholders to understand needs
- Managing any engagement with 3rd party search firms when required.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Executive recruitment experience either in house, with an RPO or search firm
- Excellent influencing and persuading skills.
- A successful track record of recruiting senior roles across Asia and Australia
- Credibility - from day 1. You will know how to build trust and confidence
- You can manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful hiring.

Any additional language skills would be advantageous.
