Astek is looking for **Business Analyst (Calypso) **to support our project based in **Singapore **.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with Product Managers, end users, and product owners on the requirements gathering, impact analysis and functional specifications for the enhancements and issues reported in production.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Design functional solutions & user workflows and document functional specifications.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations. On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- With at least 5 years of experience as a Calypso business analyst on Calypso back office.
- Experience on Calypso versions v14 to v17.
- In depth knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, ScheduledTask, Confirmations, Settlements, Messages / Swift messages, Positions, Accounting, Corporate action, Filters, Reporting Framework, Reconciliation features.
- Understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLB, issuances) and trade lifecycle.
- Experience with regulatory reporting HRF, NORIA, and/or MMSR.
- A good team player with excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Willing to do On-call rotation with team mates to cover night and week-end support.
