Workforce Administration
- Make arrangements for MOM medical check
- Assist in leave management queries issue via ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Processing & validation of MOM invoices such as Foreign worker levy, work passes and CIEU Union fee
- Administration of Statutory claims (Maternity, Childcare, extended Child Care, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave)
- P-file scanning and any other activities as assigned by HR Advisor or HR Advisor Team Lead

**Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in insurance renewal (submission of yearly employee census data to vendor)
- Validation of 3" party invoices (i.e. Noel)
- Perform service entries in SAP
- Raise Purchase Requisition in SAP
- Ordering of Gifts/Wreaths/Get well basket

**Payroll Administration**:

- Processing of National Service claims
- Processing of resignation including Payroll processing in SAP
- Processing of overtime and time related claims in SAP
- Be the back-up for Payroll
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Senior Payroll Specialist

**Others**:

- Filing of Job Description and ensuring copy of updated Job Description are stored in P file or designated shared Drive
- Play an active contributing role in the implementation of HR projects
- Filing of Personnel movement and Exit clearance, including MCs
- Use multiple HR and Payroll systems to support the resolution of customer queries.
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager/HOD

**Job Requirements**: Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or similar

4 Year Degree
