About The Team

This position is open to multiple locations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Combine the company's strategy with the actual needs of users, through industry research, competitor product research, user research/interviews, etc., for instance smart parks and buildings, collaborative space, collaborative efficiency, intelligent hardware, humanised experience, etc., to develop optimised real estate intelligent service solutions;
2. Collect, sort and evaluate user requests, cooperate with Intelligent Hardware Product Manager, plan and design Intelligent Hardware product prototypes
3. Combine the research and analysis results, generate solutions that are close to user requests, fitting our corporate culture and development strategies, and which are suitable for corresponding workplaces/scenarios. Follow up the implementation process, including but not limited to user research, program reporting, hardware requirements, project landing, review, etc.
4. Continue to improve the ability of business solutions and multi-scenario coverage through the pilot and accumulation of different scenarios and projects; find common points in the project, draw inferences from one case, bypass analogies, and flexibly respond to the actual needs of the business;
5. Be continuously committed to the exploration and research in the field of smart work, benchmarking best demonstrated practices in the industry, and combining with the actual needs of various scenarios in the global workplace of ByteDance, pilot and value demonstration of multiple solutions to create a future smart work space suitable for ByteDance.
1. Intelligent hardware products, product pre-sales consulting, user research, project management, system construction experience is preferred;
2. Work space, intelligent hardware and other related industries are preferred, large foreign companies, Internet work experience is preferred;
2. Strong data sensitivity and information combing ability, insight and frame thinking, can accurately define problems, analyse the essence of things, and be good at systematically solving problems;
3. Have user thinking and service awareness, strong project organisation and promotion ability; certain language communication and writing skills;
5. Have strong adaptability, collaboration and communication skills, organisation and coordination skills and multi-tasking skills.
