- Responsible for all concierge duties which includes attending to all incoming guests and internal staff requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and management of Shopee Library
- Attending to incoming and outgoing courier services and sorting out incoming mails and parcels
- Access cards management
- Covid-19 guest registration
- Overlapping with the various sub team
- All other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Holder and 1 year of relevant experience in a front facing role
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with internal stakeholders across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and other fast-growing / new-emerging markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Vibrant, energetic and cheerful personality with a proven ability to work well independently and within a team
