**Principle Responsibilities
- Be involved actively as a member of the deal team discussing appropriate structuring of project finance transactions by using the applicable deal management process and under consideration of relevant strategies being in place.
- Conduct cash-flow analysis, propose, opine and assess appropriate sensitivities and break-even scenarios, review Technical, Legal, Commercial and Market Due diligences, identify proactively risks and propose, discuss and assess proper mitigants, setup and agree on transaction ratings.
- Conduct analysis of respective counterparties involved in transactions (such as offtaker, sponsors, construction companies, manufacturers etc.).
- Provide expert opinion on the appropriateness of financing structures, prepare proposals for decision makers and approve transaction up to the awarded competence level.
- Provide impulses on financing principles, strategy papers and internal projects.
- Monitoring and proactive management of a complex project finance portfolio.

**Profile/Qualification
Technical / Functional Excellence
- Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree
- Possess at least 8-10 years of solid relevant experience ideally in Asia Pacific and in renewable energy sector
- Advanced skills in cashflow and financial analysis
- Risk return focus and strong ability to deep dive into transaction details

- Demonstrated execution expertise in preparing credit decision on complex transaction under given timelines
