
Human Resources Assistant

**Job Requirements**:
- Provide/facilitate HR services in the area of recruitment, selection, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- To perform training & development administrative functions and to evaluate training programs.
- Arrange for workmen’s insurance, security bond, and medical appointments.
- Maintenance and upkeep of HR personnel files in the ERP System.
- Generate monthly headcount & HR-related reports
- Receptionist duties whenever required.
- General administrative and office duties.
- Other duties assigned by the manager or immediate supervisor.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per month
