**IN THIS JOB YOU WILL**:

- Handle full set of shipping documents (MBL/ PSA/ Customs/ Tradenet/ Portnet)
- Handle daily operations and transactions in the forwarding area
- Data entries in Cargowise One (CW1)
- Liaise with overseas offices for shipments received and make necessary arrangement with carriers/ DGF CFS and execute shipments accordingly
- Arrange bookings with carriers/ co-loaders and execute all pertinent shipping documents, e.g. Shipping order, shipping note, MBL
- Liaising with DGF CFS/ contractor for receiving/ collection of shipments
- Despatch pre-alerts/ advices to OFR and DGF overseas offices
- Responsible for timely invoicing & issuance of credit notes to overseas office and month end closing
- Any other jobs as and when assigned

**YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Good knowledge in freight forwarding business
- Good administrative skills
- Results driven and attentive to details
