**Sustainability Standards Developer**

**Responsibilities**
- Be the expert in standardization, with participating in international (ISO / IEC) and national standards development organizations’ meetings, representing Panasonic's interests and contributing to the standardization efforts.
- Conduct research and analysis of national initiatives, industry trends, and standardization activities, in the areas of Circular Economy, Healthy and Smart buildings.
- Contribute to the drafting and editing of international standards and other documentation related to the Circular Economy, Healthy and Smart buildings standardization where Panasonic participates.
- Develop links with relevant government agencies and industry bodies to build networks, and use that network to gain support for Panasonic’s initiatives and standardization activities, and identify areas for future work.
- Proactively develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends to identify the new standardization activities which meets Panasonic’s needs and interests.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in science or technology, preferably with areas related to Environmental Science / Building Science / Electronics.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present at conferences, etc.
- Ability to build relationships and understand stakeholder needs.
- Can persuade and influence, facilitate consensus, and manage conflict.
- Project management skills - the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
