Sustainability Career

In today’s rapidly changing world, sustainability has become a critical component of every organisation's strategy. As a Sustainability Professional at our institution, you will play a key role in driving our commitment to creating long-term value through sustainable means.

You will work closely with various teams across the organization and beyond to develop and implement strategies that promote climate resilience, net-zero emissions, and inclusive growth. Your expertise will be invaluable in catalysing new business opportunities, advancing thought leadership, and supporting organisational growth aligned with our mandate.

As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to advance your knowledge and skills in sustainability, working on projects that contribute to making a positive impact on the environment and society.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies across the organisation
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams to advance sustainability practices
  • Engage with portfolio companies on top-of-mind sustainability topics
  • Support research and analysis on topical trends, standards, and global conferences
  • Other institutional sustainability projects as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in environmental science, sustainability management, finance, business or a related field
  • Strong passion for sustainability, environmental, and social issues demonstrated through coursework, internships, projects, or volunteer experiences
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, project management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with sustainability data and metrics
  • Problem-solving mindset to identify practical solutions
  • Effective written and oral communication with attention to detail
  • Creative, forward-looking, and results-oriented individual with a focus on execution
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
