**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-versed in our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor channel partners’ performance and provide regular feedback and reports to management.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts with channel partners promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales or account management, preferably within [industry/sector].
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
