Le Wagon has been operating in Singapore for the last 5 years, thanks to the help of Singapore’s partnership with Infocomm Media Development Authority. Our students have access to TIPP (Tech Immersion and Placement Programme) grant to help finance the course fee.

Working closely with the City Manager and APAC Outcomes Lead, you will be responsible for **supporting graduates entering the tech job market** through 1:1 coaching, workshops, running hiring events and connections with both leading corporates and fast-growing start-ups.

We are seeking a sociable **Careers Coach** to join our APAC team.

You will play a key **operational** role in preparing our newly graduated students in their new career path.

**Your Mission ‍**:
Prepare our newly graduated students for their new career path:

- Assist the **City Manager with TIPP Program admin duties** to get legal documents in order, and build a continuous relationship with the program.
- Run/Coordinate **1:1 career coaching sessions** with the alumni from Singapore;
- Implement **1-month and 3-month check-ins** with recent graduates;
- Deliver **boot camp activities** alongside the City Manager
- Collect quarterly outcomes data from all students to **track students’ success and hiring rates** across our Bootcamps.

- You are **outgoing and sociable** and are constantly interested in the progress and happiness of every one of our students.
- You are confident **leading workshops**, are a good public speaker and enjoy being in front of an audience.
- You are **organised, rigorous and reliable and have** a real attention to details.
- You have an interest in **technology**, and startups (specifically Edtech).
- You are a **team player**, cooperative and enjoy helping people achieve their goals
- You are a **customer-oriented** person, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders

**This is the role for you if**:

- You worked 2-4+ years **in an operational role** (either recruitment, sales, HR), ideally in the tech industry.
- Familiar with government programs (not essential but will be highly beneficial)
- You are **fluent in English language** and **have strong written & verbal communication skills.**
