Position: Account Development Manager - Industrial Application

**Job Description**:
An Account Development Manager is responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within existing accounts or potential clients. They play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and increasing revenue by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their objectives. The Account Development Manager collaborates closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve business targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts or potential clients.
- Conduct research and gather information about clients' industries, market trends, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position products or services.
- Present and demonstrate products, solution or services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account strategies.
- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account development activities, revenue forecasts, and progress toward targets.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and generate leads.

Requirement:

- Education and Experience: A bachelor's / master’s degree in engineering field is preferred. Proven experience in Industrial Automation hardware & software solution, sales, business development, or account management. Experience in the industry or market the company operates in is highly desirable.
- Strong Pre-Sales and Business Development Skills: Proven track record in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop account development plans aligned with company objectives. Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present the company's offerings. Ability to articulate value propositions and address client needs.
- Time Management and Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative responsibilities.
- Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and objectives. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions for clients. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
