**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for project budget preparation, tender administration, and reporting to management on the project costing.
- Review and ensure architectural, structural, and engineering drawing details and works are complying with all related regulations and by-laws of all relevant authorities.
- Monitor and ensure project progress meets the project specifications, target timeline and is within project budget.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Management, landlords, contractors, relevant government authorities to achieve the project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Monitor, control, and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as contractors.
- To ensure projects meet customer's quality standards.
- Conduct regular site safety meetings and implement safe site working conditions and environmental control measures.
- Reports directly to the Project Director.
- Any Ad-hoc duties required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with at least 10 years relevant experience at managerial level in **A&A **environment and construction.
- Process good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend.
- Good Leadership and management skills.
- Good track record of completed project and preferably from start to end.
- Driven individual with ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, able to take initiative & multi-task.
- Able to start immediately preferred.
