As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the security team to ensure the protection and safety of our company’s assets, employees, and visitors. Your role includes guiding and training security personnel, monitoring security equipment, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead the security team, schedule shifts, and patrols.
- Monitor surveillance systems, conduct security inspections, and ensure the security of all entry and exit points.
- Train and guide security staff on safety and emergency procedures.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and report them accurately.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on security operations.
- Implement and oversee security protocols and crisis management plans.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to respond to security incidents calmly and efficiently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical capability to patrol and respond to incidents.
