**Responsibilities**:

- To manage all potential clients’ sales enquiries including, but not limited to, web enquiries, phone call, social media, and WhatsApp;
- Attract, contact, engage and sell to potential customers about the academy’ services through telesales, and other platforms while promoting the psychological and physical benefits of Rhythmic Gymnastics training;
- Handle enquiries on sales, and service enquiries.;
- Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals;
- Scheduling of training assessment with prospective customers;
- Onboard customers through post-event deal closure;
- To act as a point of initial consultation, and handing over of successful cases to the Client Relations Team seamlessly;
- To take up the secondary role of the client relations personnel
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 - 3 years of sales experience
- High energy, passionate, and deeply empathetic of the customer
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
- Excellent communication skills and good command of English is essential to succeed in this role
- Comfortable in interacting with clients via phone and in-person
- Comfortable working in an international dynamic and startup environment
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on (5 days work week)
- 4 weekdays: 11AM - 8PM
- 1 weekend (Saturday): 9AM - 6PM
