We are looking for someone to lead an Audiological research team in Asia, focusing on regional hearing solutions, manage research projects and cross-functional teams.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and develop an Audiological research team headquartered in Asia, focusing on the needs and expectations of the Asian population with respect to hearing solutions
- Define key research areas and methods and set up corresponding projects with internal research stakeholders and external tertiary research institutions
- Establish network within WSA, especially R&D and Marketing/Sales teams, and international Key opinion Leaders in the field of Audiology and Audio Technology Research
- Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams across departments and regions
- Implement new lab setup and equipment and manage the budget
- Engage in white papers, journals, conferences, and lectures

If you have a PhD in the field of Audiology or similar, or have experience in Applied Audiology, Hearing Research, and Hearing Aid Solutions specifically for the Asian population, we welcome you to explore this opportunity with us. The ideal fit will be someone who has a proven track record as a scientific audiologist and is well connected in the international Audiological KOL community. He/ she will have experience identifying research areas, coordinating research studies, setting up and developing research teams.
