There are more than 500 million smallholder farms globally. 2.5 billion people depend on Smallholder Communities for their food and livelihoods. Key to achieving this is enabling thriving Smallholder Communities. At Yara, the Smallholders Digital Team is part of the Digital Ag Solutions Unit.

**About Digital Ag Solutions**

Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees. Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offerings and the way we work. **Digital Ag Solutions** is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions for an efficient and transparent food system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the line manager with all market research activities that includes gathering, analysing all market information pertaining to the agritech space
- Coordinating and conducting all aspects of research on each project including data gathering, analysis and processing
- Collating and analysing all the competitors offering and positioning across different markets and product lines for creating a detailed competitor analysis
- Clearly documenting and enabling the sharing of critical knowledge
- Work on adhoc studies that are initiated for the internal stakeholders

**Profile**:

- Education related to Management/Business/Marketing
- Ability to use MS (Excel, Powerpoint and share point)
- Interest towards research and learning new market trends
- Curiosity to learn more about the agriculture/agritech space
