Singapore OVERSEAS TECHNICAL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Follows established procedures and guidelines to design, install products and services that is required by the organization.
- Reviews / implements project / job specification.
- Review engineering documents for government submission and for construction.
- Carry out basic and detailed engineering design including calculations / analysis as per project requirements.
- Prepares and updates material take-off for project procurement and bid proposals.
- Assists in preparing cost estimate for tender proposal.
- Coordinates and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes.
- Adheres to ISO, client and International Standards quality requirements in the execution of works as applicable.
- Instructs, supervises, manages and monitors the Designers in their course of work.
- Provides technical assistance to construction team.
- Attends site check / verification.
- Adheres to drawing checking procedure.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil & Structure Engineering.
- Prefer 3 years relevant working experience in Civil and Structure design and drafting of in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries. Those without relevant working experience is welcome to apply.
- Well-versed in the local and international codes and standards such as BS5950, EN1997, AISC, ASCE, Europe code, etc.
