**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Participated in the early establishment of Singapore local technical service center, formulated development strategies and confirmed the implementation of the project.
- 2. Participated in the construction of Singapore training Center, conducted technical exchanges, training empowerment, reporting and communication with customers, regularly exported technical documents and cases, conducted internal training, and undertook the team's learning and growth and professional planning and implementation.
- 3. Played the role of technical manager in major projects, responsible for scheme preparation, network planning, standardized template configuration, commissioning, progress promotion, demand management, test acceptance and regular reporting, etc.
- 4. Responsible for daily work order processing, not limited to on-site installation, project delivery and implementation, site investigation, site troubleshooting, spare parts replacement, equipment inspection, etc.
- 5. Deposited industry service technology and experience, helped the local operation center to succeed, formed standardization organization assets through knowledge production and enabling training, and continued to improve the service process.

**Requirements**:

- 1. College degree or above, major in network, communication, computer or related;
- 2. More than 3 years of experience in customer service management in IT industry, able to independently undertake major customer service management, strong communication and cross-department coordination ability;
- 3. Have advanced network technology certificate such as HCIEICCIE, or familiar with the experience of EUCOM and wireless product solution delivery of Ruijie, Huasan, Cisco, etc., have strong information collection ability, knowledge production ability, presentation and reporting ability;
- 4. Experienced in large-scale/project project management, able to independently manage the overall process of the project; familiar with the customer background of finance, higher education, medical and other industries as well as mainstream technologies and products; able to independently carry out the construction technology design and equipment debugging of large-scale IT/CT projects;
- 5. Fluent communication in Chinese is preferred;
- 6. Experience in local project delivery in Singapore is preferred.
