Join us as a **Senior Finance Analyst - Procurement Controlling**to ensure the continued success and efficiency of our procurement operations. This role provides comprehensive financial analysis, planning, data management, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance support. You will be instrumental in driving cost-saving opportunities, enhancing decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

**What you will do**:
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze purchase expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders to give insights into reasons for fluctuations.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from forecast

Planning and Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation and management of procurement annual plans.
- Support forecasting activities, including cost projections and supplier pricing trends.
- Evaluate the financial impact of procurement decisions on overall organizational performance.

Data Management and Analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement and financial data.
- Leverage data analytics tools to support decision-making processes.
- Develop financial models to assess procurement risks and opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to align goals and objectives.
- Communicate financial insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Support negotiations with suppliers from a financial perspective.

Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and financial regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks associated with supplier agreements.

**What you bring**:

- 3-5 years in Direct Procurement (Metal, Rubber, Electronics, etc.) or Procurement Controlling.
- Numerical proficiency and advanced Excel skills (Lookup Functions, Sumifs, Countifs).
- Understanding of cost engineering and experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
