**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the inbound leads and proactively follow up the leads until the sale is closed.
- Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging, and other communication channels.
- Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
- Update all activities in the Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of
- mouth referrals.
- Attend any marketing events when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma & Above
- Practically Bilingual in English & Chinese
- Must be willing to work overtime sometimes

- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing role.

- Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
