Roles & Responsibilities

As a Course Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving enrolments and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and parents. Working closely with the Campus Manager, you will be responsible for sales, admin support, and customer engagement to ensure the smooth operation of our education centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement:

    Proactively follow up on sales leads and convert inquiries into enrolments.

    Conduct effective sales pitches by familiarizing prospects with course benefits and curriculum.

    Tailor course recommendations to meet individual customer needs and learning objectives.

    Address inquiries from walk-in, phone, and online platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, email) with prompt closure.
  • Administrative Support:

    Assist in student registration, enrolment processes, and payment coordination.

    Maintain accurate database records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

    Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

    Collect and review customer feedback to enhance service quality and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:

    Liaise with the Campus Manager to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

    Support marketing efforts (e.g., open houses, education fairs) to boost brand visibility.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any field. No diploma but motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Fresh graduates with a proactive, sales-driven mindset are encouraged.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
